How long is your wait?

Our current wait time is about 6-12 months depending on the model and material. Be sure to check out our IG for news on semi-custom batch bikes that we work on a few times a year!

Can I get a tour of your shop?

We do shop tours for all of our customers that have a bike on order. It gives us a chance to fit them and chat in person about what they want in a Geekhouse. Not to mention they get to see where their bike is made. It also gives us a chance to work on our stand up routines, so you’ll be forced to laugh at a lot of bad jokes…a lot.
If you’re not on the queue and would like to see our shop we host events a fews times a year. So feel free to like us on Facebook to see when our next awesome party is!

Do you do repairs?

Unfortunately due to the time consuming nature of repairs, we no longer offer them on other manufactures bikes. However if you already own a Geekhouse and [godforbid] something has happened to it, feel free to get in touch with us, and we can quote you on a price.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payments with credit cards through Square or with Paypal ([email protected]).

Can I get a fork with out a frame?

We do not offer forks without frames. But it’s not because we don’t love you.

I have this cool new idea for a bike can you guys do it for me?

Unfortunately due to time constrains we don’t have time to do as many unique new projects as we’d like.

Will you powdercoat my old frame?

Sadly Sugarcoat has had to take a back seat to Geekhouse at this point and we will no longer be able to make your old bike all pretty again. But Good Hues in Derry, NH does industrial powderocating and they do a great job. Also Circle A Cycles in Providence, RI does some amazing custom painting, so you should get in touch with them!
